Day 1 CAPPADOCIA - ADIYAMAN
Interesting drive today as we pass by Tekir plateau, Karatay Caravensarai and Kahraman Maras (produces Turkey’s best ice cream!) before arriving in Kahta. Overnight Kahta 3*.

Day 2 ADIYAMAN - URFA
Arrive at Mt. Nemrut before dawn and ascend the mountain for 15 minutes to watch the magical sunrise over the plateau, and visit the massive ancient rock statues. Return to Kahta and tour the Ancient city. Head south to Harran for a tour of this facinating 400 year old town, including the mudbrick beehive houses. Overnight Sanli Urfa 3*. Dinner

Day 3
Famous for kebabs, this city in fact has a great historical past. The Lake of Sacred Fish being the focal point and the adjacent Halilurrahman Mosque and Dersa Mosque.
Near Urfa, bordering Syria we come across a famed city of Mesopotamia, Harran with earthen mud huts and remains of palace and mosque. We head to Birecik to see the famous Bald Ibis birds, then return to Cappadocia via Gaziantep. Overnight Cappadocia
