You will be picked up from your hotel for transfer to the Kemer yacht harbor. The 42 kilometers of road that you will be traveling between Antalya and Kemer hugs the shoreline and provides spectacular views of the Mediterranean Sea as it meets the pine forested mountain scenery. Board the boat for a relaxing journey to Phaselis, 15 kilometers south of Kemer and situated at the foot of Mt. Olympos. You will have the option to pay the entrance fee to explore the ruins of the ancient city, which are spread over a large beach. There will be time for swimming and sunning in one of Phaselis’ three natural harbors. Its ability to accommodate ships resulted in commercial trading success for Phaselis during ancient times. Among the many ruins are the acropolis, aqueducts, agora, baths, Hadrian’s gate and a theater. The sheltered pebble beaches around the bays are delightful, calm and safe for swimmers and the water here is so clear and blue that you can view the sea floor. The tour will break for swimming and lunch around the coves of three small islands where conditions are perfect for dropping anchor. Make one more swimming stop at a beautiful and calm little inlet surrounded by pine before returning to Kemer. Once back in Kemer, you will board the bus for transfer back to your hotel. (L)
